Management Team Bios


Sean Cashman, President

Sean Cashman founded Cashman Landscape Management and Design Inc., in 1996 with a simple philosophy – to provide a quality product at a fair price.  Mr. Cashman Started in the Green Industry in 1987, working for a high end residential and commercial landscape management firm. Quickly running through the ranks Mr. Cashman, a passionate individual, could not be held to just working “for” someone. He needed to control his own destiny, beginning over 20 years ago, Mr. Cashman started with 1 employee and went from running a mower to running a crew to running multiple crews to running a corporation –this experience is the cornerstone upon which Cashman Landscape Management and Design has been built.  Today, Mr. Cashman is responsible for overall operations of each division, sales and corporate development.   Cashman Landscape has come to be known for its quality workmanship and ethical standards, which can be directly attributed to its founder.  As Cashman Landscape enters our third decade of service, Mr. Cashman will continue to lead the vision first started in 1996 with his first truck and trailer.  Mr. Cashman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Seton Hall University.


Joe Cicerone, Chief Financial Officer

Joe Cicerone brings over twenty-five years financial and accounting experience to Cashman Landscape, including over ten years in the green industry.   Mr. Cicerone officially joined Cashman Landscape in July 2012, merging his company’s assets with Cashman.  Mr. Cicerone is responsible for all financial functions of Cashman Landscape, as well as client relations and corporate development.  Mr. Cicerone was one of six CSP, Certified Snow Professionals, in New Jersey through SIMA, Snow & Ice Management Association, which helps set the professional industry standard for snow and ice management.  Mr. Cicerone holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Accounting from Fairfield University.


Jason Usnick, Director Operations Construction

Jason Usnick joined Cashman Landscape in 2007 as landscape construction manager.  Mr. Usnick brought over ten years of design / build experience to a growing division of Cashman.  Mr. Usnick is now heading up the entire design / build team, acting as our head designer, lead operational director and supports in the corporate development of Cashman Landscape.  He has managed some of our most high profile projects over the past three years and will continue to lead the growth of the design / build division and its crews.  Mr. Usnick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture and Horticulture from Delaware Valley University.


Ryan Sommers, Director Operations Green Horizon

Ryan Sommers joined the Cashman team in 2011, bringing over 20 years of experience in the green industry.   Mr. Sommers was previously a Branch Sales Manager and New Jersey State Licensed Pesticide Dealer for John Deere Landscapes.  Mr. Sommers now runs the operations, sales and corporate development for Green Horizon.  Mr. Sommers’ reputation and knowledge has helped bring Green Horizon into the forefront of the industry in three short years.  Mr. Sommers will continue to develop the lawn and plant health care company well into the future.
