It's no secret that, in this day and age, the cost of living is skyrocketing. We all know it, but sometimes we need a little reminder to help us stretch our dollars further. If you're looking for some simple ways to get your lawn looking great without breaking the bank, then read on!
Ever wondered how some lawns get that vibrant, demanding presence that everyone wants? The secret is in proper turf care. Getting the growth, color, and thickness your lawn needs to really stand out takes having the right organic levels in your soil, and getting that means having the right fertilizer and the right turf care. However, more goes into this than you might expect.

We start by adding a balanced amount of pesticides and herbicides to the soil. Doing this in the beginning stages of soil and turf maintenance kill existing populations of pests and unwanted plants, as well as preventing them from appearing later on. This soil treatment provides what your lawn needs for turf that’s healthy, lush, and appealing.

However, while we do realize that proper turf care requires some measure of herbicides and pesticides needed to ensure a weed and insect free turf, we are also, always wary of how much is too much. Adding excessive amounts of these chemicals to the soil is not only environmentally irresponsible, but it can ultimately end up doing more harm than good making the turf care a detriment to the turf itself!

For this reason, we use an IPM (Integrated Pest Management) approach for all turf care projects. IPM is a system of turf care that helps to reduce populations of pests and invasive species in a way that is not only effective but environmentally friendly as well. Focusing on IPM practices for all turf care projects lets us protect your soil while reducing the amount of pesticide used in regular maintenance. That way, we can keep your lawn beautiful in a way everyone (including mother earth) will be happy with.
